Private Residence, Belfast

A contemporary extension to an existing residential property in Belfast, which was the former residential home of a famous local golfer. The extension includes a swimming pool, gym & wellness area at ground and first floor levels. A reinforced concrete basement extends across the full footprint of the building creating additional space for the plant, a games and cinema rooms.

The structure frame is formed from a glulam timber portal frame with cross laminated timber (CLT) panels supporting the natural slate roof covering.

The project is currently in the construction stage. Images will be updated as the project progresses.
