Peninsula Square, Winchester

Marbas were appointed to complete the design for the refurbishment of Peninsula Square a Grade II Listed property within the exclusive Peninsula Barracks development in Winchester.

The refurbishment consisted of a complete stripping out of all floors and design of a partial roof structure to provide a completely new internal structure to support the altered layout to the building. This would involve extensive analysis of the temporary condition of the walls and careful consideration with regard to the new supporting structure to ensure minimal disturbance to the historic fabric of the building.
